How does it work?

The Raizer 1 Trade-In Scheme consists of 3 simple steps:

We will get in touch with you to confirm your application and arrange the delivery of your new Raizer 2 Lifting Chair/s, at a discounted rate of £3697* per chair.

Once your Raizer 2 Lifting Chair/s have been delivered, we will arrange the collection of your Raizer 1 Lifting Chair/s.

Why should I upgrade to the Raizer 2?

The manufacturer of the Raizer Lifting Chairs has now ceased production of the Raizer 1 and all Raizer 1 spare parts, so from 25th September 2023, Felgains will be unable to provide maintenance for the Raizer 1, and spare parts availability will be limited.

The Raizer 2 has 5 clear improvements over the Raizer 1:

  1. Easier to assemble with interchangeable parts
  2. Audible feedback when assembling
  3. On-unit remote control storage
  4. Improved ergonomics and comfort
  5. IP52 rated for easier cleaning

Terms & Conditions of the Raizer 1 Trade-In Scheme

  • Whether or not the Raizer 1 is bought back from the customer is entirely at Felgains' discretion. Felgains is not obligated to buy back any Raizer 1, even if the customer has signed up for the scheme.
  • Felgains anticipates that the Raizer 1 will inevitably have received some wear and tear from use. This should not affect the trade-in price. The trade-in price should only be affected if parts are broken or exhibit signs of excessive wear due to misuse or poor storage. However, the assessment of the item condition is entirely at the discretion of Felgains.
  • Where the Raizer 1 Chair exhibits signs of excessive wear and tear or damage, Felgains will revise the trade-in price and agree with the customer. If the customer is unhappy with Felgains’ price or assessment, we can ship the Raizer 1 back to the customer at a cost of £14.40.
  • Before the Raizer 1 is collected from the customer by the courier, it must be clean and in suitable packaging. The customer must also have a means of printing off the collection label that Felgains will send and affixing it to the box.
  • Felgains will not pay the customer all or any part of the trade-in amount until the item has been collected, returned to our workshop, and assessed by one of our Raizer engineers.
  • Felgains reserve the right to change or remove this trade-in scheme at any time. If this happens, where possible we will alert the affected customers, but we are under no obligation to do so.
